This lovely patient had always been unhappy with her smile. She felt that her teeth were too small, that she had a gummy smile and that the colour of her teeth were too yellow. As she got older, she noticed that this became worse and worse. She had a deep overbite, and her teeth were wearing down more and more as she aged; this also caused her teeth to look yellower and yellower over time.

To enhance her smile, she had a mini gum “lift” to recontour her gum shapes and reduce the gummy effect. 20 porcelain veneers and porcelain orlays were placed to open her bite and simultaneously enhance the size of her teeth, whiten and widen her smile for dazzling results.
